Here's Espy, training in the hard rain! KEE-YA!!!
Anyways this is showing off my tutorial in all its rainy (and gloomy) glory.
I however got lazy and used the cloud filter for the background. Twice infact with a second layer on Overlay and around 80% opacity and the underneath image Motion Blurred slightly.

That's a good effect, works well. It looks better if you view it at full size (don't all pics!) Great action pose too.
